Welcome to Ottilie. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Ottilie, operated by NK Digital Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17295507).

By creating an account or using Ottilie, you agree to these Terms.

Ottilie is a personal shopping organiser that allows you to save, organise and manage products and shopping inspiration, and may provide product information, price information, offers and alternative products.

Ottilie is provided for personal use. Product information, prices, availability and links may change and are not guaranteed to be accurate or available at all times.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person’s account without permission.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse Ottilie or breach these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you upload or save to Ottilie, including images, screenshots and collections. You give Ottilie permission to process and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the service. You must have the right to upload any content you provide to Ottilie and must not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

Ottilie may link to products sold by third-party retailers. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning Ottilie may receive a commission if you make a purchase.

Purchases are made directly with the relevant retailer. Ottilie is not responsible for third-party products, pricing, delivery, returns or customer service.

Certain Ottilie features may require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, billing periods and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Unless cancelled, subscriptions may automatically renew in accordance with the terms shown at purchase.

You can cancel your subscription in accordance with the payment platform’s cancellation process. Cancellation does not normally provide a refund for an unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.

You must not misuse Ottilie, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users’ accounts or data, scrape or reproduce the service, or use Ottilie for unlawful purposes.

We aim to keep Ottilie available and useful, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available. Ottilie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability or suitability of product information, prices, recommendations or alternatives.

Ottilie and its underlying software, branding, design and content belong to NK Digital Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied, modified or commercially exploited without permission.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, NK Digital Ltd is not responsible for losses arising from third-party retailers, products, links or information supplied by third parties, or from your inability to use Ottilie.

We may update Ottilie or these Terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights available to you under the laws that apply to you.
